摘　　要：企业风险防控就是企业内部采取的风险控制和管理,文章分别通过对氮肥制造企业的安全生产风险防控、环境保护风险防控、产品质量风险防控、投融资风险防控四个方面进行分析和总结,阐述了风险防控在企业特别是化工企业转型升级过程中的重要意义。Enterprise risk prevention and control is the risk control and management adopted within the enterprise. This paper analyzes and summarizes the safety production risk prevention and control, environmental protection risk prevention and control, product quality risk prevention and control, investment and f inancing risk prevention and control of nitrogen fertilizer manufacturing enterprises. This paper expounds the important position of risk prevention and control in the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, especially chemical enterprises.
