储气工程投资估算中其他费用编制与分析

摘　　要：国家石油天然气管网集团有限公司为助力实现“碳达峰、碳中和”目标,在天津、粤东、深圳、龙口、漳州等接收站项目中,加快推进基础设施的建设,多个储气工程可行性研究项目同步开展。储气工程费用主要为储罐投资,但储罐投资基本上已很明确,对储气工程投资差异不大;而其他费用因套用不同的费用定额,投资差异较大。文章主要从其他费用方面说明不同的费用定额对储气工程投资的影响,及分析影响其他费用数值的主要因素。In order to help achieve the goal of “carbon peaking and carbon neutralization”, National Petroleum and Natural Gas Pipeline Network Group Co., Ltd. accelerated the construction of infrastructure in terminal projects such as Tianjin, East Guangdong,Shenzhen, Longkou and Zhangzhou, and carried out a number of gas storage engineering feasibility research projects simultaneously.The engineering cost of gas storage project is mainly the investment of storage tank, but the investment of storage tank is basically clear, and there is little difference in the investment of gas storage project;However, the investment of other expenses varies greatly due to the application of different expense quotas. This paper mainly explains the impact of different cost quotas on the investment of gas storage engineering from other costs, and analyzes the main factors affecting the value of other costs.
