摘　　要：优化成本控制是一个项目提高经济效益的重要手段之一。现阶段,在中国经济与科技的迅猛发展的社会背景下,社会竞争压力不断加大,只有切实地保障经济效益和社会效益,才能在现代化社会的发展下站稳脚步。与此同时,由于项目成本管理是一个系统性的过程,且从当前的现状来看,项目成本管理受主观因素和客观因素的影响较大,极大影响了成本控制的实际效果。因此,在实施项目成本管理的过程中,必须注重全过程成本控制,拓宽成本控制渠道,扩大成本控制的覆盖面积,并加大管理力度和监督力度,确切落实到项目成本管理的方方面面。Optimization of cost control is one of the important means to improve a project economic benef its.
