摘 要:中国是化学原料药生产和出口的大国,目前年产量占全球市场份额的21%左右。与此同时,随着化学原料药产量的逐年增长,如何处理化学原料药企业在生产过程中产生的尾气也成为社会各界广泛关注的话题之一。现实生产中,一旦排放的尾气得不到有效处理,将会造成环境污染。文章结合中国化学原料药生产行业的实际情况,分析了化学原料药尾气的危害及处理现状,并从不同角度提出了几种化学原料药尾气的技术路线,论述了吸收尾气处理技术的系统设计相关技术要点。China is a large country in the production and export of chemical API, the annual output accounts for about 21% of the global market share. At the same time, with the annual growth of the output of chemical API, how to deal with the tail gas produced by chemical API enterprises in the production process has also become one of the topics widely concerned by all sectors of society.If the tail gas is not effectively treated, it will cause environmental pollution. Combined with the actual situation, the harm and treatment status of API tail gas are analyzed, several application measures of API tail gas treatment are put forward from different angles, and the technical points related to the system design of tail gas treatment based on absorption method are discussed.
