摘 要:以PA66为基体树脂,马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体(POE-g-MAH)为增韧剂,通过熔融挤出制备了不同增韧剂含量的复合材料,并对其微观形貌、流动性能、力学性能、收缩率进行了测试和表征。原子力显微镜(AFM)显示POE-g-MAH在PA66基材中均匀分散,两者发生反应增容使得复合材料熔融指数减小,流动性能下降。力学性能测试表明POE-g-MAH能显著提高PA66复合材料的冲击性能,同时复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度随POE-g-MAH含量的增加而逐步降低;而复合材料的成型收缩率随POE-g-MAH含量的增加而增大。Taking PA66 as matrix resin and maleic anhydride grafted polyolefin elastomer(POE-g-MAH) as toughening agent,the composites with different contents of toughening agent were prepared by melt extrusion,and their micro morphology,flow properties,mechanical properties and molding shrinkage were tested and characterized.Atomic force microscopy(AFM) shows that POE-g-MAH is uniformly dispersed in PA66.The melt index and flow properties of the composite decrease because of the reactive compatibilization of the two components.The mechanical properties test shows that POE-g-MAH can significantly improve the impact properties of PA66 composites,and the tensile strength and flexural strength of the composites gradually decrease with the increase of POE-g-MAH content.The molding shrinkage of the composites increases with the increase of POE-g-MAH content.
