大庆油田新能源产业发展对策探讨

摘　　要：分析了大庆油田新能源发展的机遇与优势,总结了发展现状和认识,剖析了面临的挑战,研究了应对措施和发展对策。大庆油田拥有资源基础、市场消纳能力、基础设施等发展优势,在光伏发电、地热和余热利用等方面取得了一定进展;但整体上仍处于起步阶段,面临着新能源利用关键技术较薄弱、人才储备不充分、项目建设进度慢、管理机制不完善、扶持政策较缺乏等挑战。建议大庆油田发挥资源优势,构建多能互补新格局,尽快完善市场化建设模式,着手建立新能源技术体系,积极探索产业发展新模式。This paper analyzed the opportunities,advantages and challenges of the development of new energy in Daqing oilfield,summarized the status quo and understanding,and studied the countermeasures and development strategies.Thanks to the resource base,market absorption capacity as well as infrastructure,Daqing oilfield has gained progress in terms of photovoltaic power,geothermal and waste-heat utilization,etc.;however,it is still at the primary stage on the whole confronted with challenges of weak key technologies,insufficient reserve of talents,slow progress of project development,incomplete management mechanism as well as limited supporting policies.It is suggested Daqing oilfield utilize the strength of resources,build the new pattern featuring complementary energies and improve the market model as soon as possible.Besides,we should focus on establishing the technology system concerning new energy while exploring new modes of industrial development.
