摘　　要：鼠疫F1抗原是供间接血凝试验检测鼠疫菌特异抗体之用,制备的质量影响着间接血凝试验诊断的准确性。为此,本文系统阐述了其在鼠疫诊断中的应用、制备方法及在制备中的影响因素、注意事项、应采取的质量控制等,并提出看法,以规范其操作规程、提高质量,为鼠疫诊断提供优质的F1抗原制品,便于鼠疫诊断工作有利开展。Fraction 1 antigen of Yersinia pestis is intended to detect plague specific antibodies by indirect hemagglutination test.The quality of F1 antigen of Yersinia pestis prepared indirectly influenced the accuracy of indirect hemagglutination test.The application and preparation method of F1 antigen of Yersinia pestis in plague diagnosis,factors,notes and quality control of preparation of F1 antigen of Yersinia pestis are systematically expounded.The operation process of F1 antigen of Yersinia pestis are standardized,and corresponding quality is improved to provide high-quality F1 antigen products for plague diagnosis and facilitate the effective development of plague diagnosis.
