摘  要:以屉锦和北陆129杂交-回交衍生的BIL和CSSL群体为试验材料,对不同生育时期叶片叶绿素含量和降解指数进行QTL分析。不同生育时期双亲叶绿素含量和降解指数差异明显,叶绿素含量存在动态变化现象;不同生育时期叶绿素含量存在明显的相关性,降解指数与抽穗期、灌浆成熟期叶绿素含量显著相关。利用BIL群体检测到与叶绿素含量相关的QTL14个,分布于第1~5、7、9、11和12号染色体上,表型贡献率介于11.71%~27.04%,主效QTL qCHL2、qCHL4、qCHL5、qCHL9和qCHL12调控不同生育阶段叶绿素含量,加性效应较大的qCHL4、qCHL9和qCHL12在CSSL群体中共性表达。其中,qCHL4位于与qSPAD4、qCTH4和NAL1相近区域,qCHL9位于EP1、qCHM9相近区段,这些稳定表达的主效QTL在不同群体和环境下重复性较好;qCHL12是本研究新发现的一个稳定的主效QTL,我们将构建次级群体解析调控叶绿素含量主效的QTL分子机制。The backcross inbred line(BIL)and chromosome segment substitution line(CSSL)population derived from the cross between Sasanishiki and Habataki was used to identify QTL for chlorophyll content and degradation index at different growth stages.There were significant differences between the parents of the chlorophyll content and degradation index at different development stages,and the chlorophyll content had obvious dynamic changes.There was obvious correlation among chlorophyll contents at different growth stages,and the degradation index was significantly correlated with chlorophyll content of the heading stage and maturity stage.In BIL population,fourteen QTLs of the chlorophyll content were detected on the chromosomes 1~5,7,9,11 and 12,with phenotypic variations ranging from 1.71%to 27.04%.Among these QTLs,the QTL cluster qCHL2,qCHL4,qCHL5,qCHL9 and qCHL12,which control chlorophyll content in different growth periods,and the major QTL cluster qCHL4,qCHL9 and qCHL12 with additive effect were identified in CSSL population.The distribution regions ofqCHL4 were similar to the qSPAD4,qCTH4 and NAL1,and qCHL9 was nearby EP1 and qCHM9.The major QTL qCHL12,a novel QTL,would be fine mapped to analyze genetic mechanisms on regulating chlorophyll content by a secondary population.
