摘  要:以含有粒长基因GS9的日本晴作为供体亲本,以泗稻17号为受体和轮回亲本,通过杂交和连续回交,利用GS9基因的功能分子标记IN0919进行BC1F1、BC2F1和BC3F1的分子标记辅助选择。在BC3F2代的分离群体中,选出6个综合性状良好、中长粒型的单株,平均粒长较泗稻17号增加了0.51 mm,粒宽无显著变化,籽粒平均长宽比增加至2.01。因此,GS9基因具有提高粒长和籽粒长宽比的遗传效应,利用该基因的分子标记可快速改良亲本的粒型。The Nipponbare with the GS9 gene was taken as the donor parent,and the Sidao17 was used as the recipient and recurrent parent.Through hybridization and continuous backcrossing,the molecular marker IN0919 of GS9 gene was used for marker-assisted selection of BC1F1,BC2F1 and BC3F1.In BC3F2 isolation population,6 single plants with good comprehensive characters and medium and long grain shape were selected.The grain length increased by 0.51 mm compared with Sidao 17,but the grain width did not change significantly.The average grain length-width ratio increased to 2.01.The results showed that GS9 gene had the genetic effect of increasing grain length and length-width ratio of grain shape.The genetic markers of GS9 gene could be used to improve grain shape inheritance of parents rapidly.
