摘 要:采用碱催化双螺杆动态挤压预处理技术预处理了小麦秸秆,当碱用量为0.06 g/g干秸秆、保温时间为1 h时,木质素脱除率为80%,纤维素和半纤维素的水解率分别为87.7%和75.2%,总糖得率为83%。对分离提取的木质素进行结构表征发现,其化学结构保留良好,仅有部分木质素结构中的酯键水解,少量H结构单元与G结构单元降解,这种木质素更易于后期高值化利用。通过对不同预处理方式的能量输入及预处理效果进行对比发现,碱催化双螺杆动态挤压技术预处理木质素纤维素类生物质单位处理能量消耗最低,具有良好的工业应用前景。Wheat straw was pretreated by the alkali catalytic twin-screw dynamic extrusion pretreatment technology.When the alkali dosage was 0.06 g/g dry straw,the holding time was 1 h,the lignin removal rate was 80%.The hydrolysis rate of cellulose and hemicellulose was 87.7%and 75.2%,respectively.The total sugar yield was 83%.The physical structure of extracted lignin showed that only part of the ester bonds in the lignin structure were hydrolyzed,and a few H and G structural units were degraded.It was positive for the value-added utilization of lignin.By comparing the energy input and pretreatment effect of different pretreatment methods,it was found that the alkaline catalytic twin-screw dynamic extrusion technology pretreatment method had the lower energy consumption per unit treatment,which had a good industrial application prospect.
