红栗和古栗微生物群落结构及果实养分含量的比较

摘  要:采用高通量测序技术,分析了红栗和古栗不同物候期和部位的真菌和细菌群落结构,同时比较了板栗果实的养分含量。结果表明:红栗成熟期叶片和果实的链格孢菌Alternaria相对丰度均较高,表明其受板栗叶焦枯病侵染的风险较大。红栗膨果期叶片和古栗成熟期叶片的茎点霉属Phoma相对丰度较高,该属真菌可引起板栗褐缘叶枯病。古栗成熟期叶片的短梗霉Aureobasidium相对丰度最高,膨果期果实的甲基杆菌属Methylobacterium相对丰度较高,成熟期果实链球菌属Streptococcus和根瘤菌属Allorhizobium相对丰度较高。综合分析可知,红栗受链格孢菌等真菌侵染风险较高,古栗树体益生菌相对丰度较高。养分含量测定发现,红栗果实的可溶性总糖、可溶性淀粉和脂肪含量均显著高于古栗。High throughput sequencing technology was applied to analyze the fungal and bacterial community structure in different phenological periods and parts of red chestnut and ancient chestnut,and the nutrient contents of chestnut fruits were compared.The results showed that the relative abundances of Alternaria in red chestnut leaves and fruits at mature stage were high,indicating a high risk of chestnut leaf scorch.The relative abundance of Phoma,possible pathogen of brown margin leaf blight of chestnut,was higher in leaves of red chestnut at fruit-expanding stage and ancient chestnut at mature stage.As for ancient chestnut,the relative abundances of Aureobasidium in mature leaves,Methylobacterium in fruit-expanding stage,Streptococcus and Allorhizobium in mature fruits were higher.Comprehensive comparison showed that the infection risk by Alternaria and other fungi was high in red chestnut,and the relative abundance of probiotics in ancient chestnut was high.The contents of soluble total sugar,soluble starch and fat of red chestnut were significantly higher than those of ancient chestnut.
