摘 要:应用隶属函数和聚类分析法分别研究了云南省3个典型植烟区高、中、低肥力水平的土壤微生物区系特征,以期为烟田土壤改良提供参考依据。结果表明:土壤真菌、细菌、放线菌,固氮、解磷、解钾等功能菌数量随土壤肥力的降低呈线性下降趋势,其中细菌占总菌数的77.8%~80.9%;土壤脂肪酸FAs含量随土壤肥力水平下降呈明显的线性降低趋势(r=0.900,P<0.01);聚类分析表明,云南3个典型生态产区间土壤微生物区系特性存在明显差异,植烟土壤微生物区系特征存在区域性,且随着土壤肥力的下降,土壤微生物数量和群落稳定性也降低。The characteristics of soil microflora of high,medium and low fertility soils in 3 typical tobacco-planting areas of Yunnan Province were studied by membership function and cluster analysis,in order to provide reference for soil improvement in tobacco-planting areas.The Results showed that the number of fungi,bacteria and actinomycetes in tobacco-planting soil decreased linearly with the decrease of soil fertility level,and the bacteria accounted for 77.8%~80.9%of total bacteria.The content of soil FAs showed a linear decreasing with the decreasing of soil fertility level(r=0.900,P<0.01).Cluster analysis showed that there were significant differences in microbial characteristics among the three typical ecological producing areas in Yunnan Province.The results indicated that there were regional characteristics of soil microbial communities in different ecological areas,and the soil microbial number and the stability of soil microbial communities decreased with the decrease of soil fertility level.
