摘 要:研究了不同精粗比(40∶60,L组;50∶50,M组;60∶40,H组)的全混合日粮对努比亚山羊不同组织中脂肪酸合成和代谢相关基因表达的影响。结果表明:L组山羊瘤胃和空肠中的ACOX1 mRNA表达量分别显著高于M组和H组的(P<0.05);L组山羊瘤胃中的CPT1A mRNA表达量显著高于M组的(P<0.05),而在十二指肠中则相反;PPAR-γmRNA在L组山羊瘤胃中的表达量显著高于其他两组的(P<0.05),而在H组山羊十二指肠中的表达量显著高于其他两组的(P<0.05);L组山羊肝脏中的ACACA和FASN mRNA表达量均显著低于M组的(P<0.05),而在瘤胃中则相反。总之,不同精粗比日粮能够通过调控脂肪酸合成和代谢相关基因的表达来影响山羊体内脂肪的沉积。The effects of total mixed rations with different concentrate-forage ratios(40∶60,50∶50 and 60∶40)on related gene expression of fat acid synthesis and metabolism in tissue of Nubian ewes were studied.The results showed that the expression level of ACOX1 mRNA in rumen and jejunum of goats in group L was significantly higher than that in group M and group H(P<0.05).The expression level of CPT1A mRNA in rumen of goats in group L was significantly higher than that in group M(P<0.05),but the expression level of CPT1A mRNA in duodenum of goats had opposite result.The expression level of PPAR-γmRNA in rumen of goats in group L was significantly higher than that in other two group(P<0.05).The expression level of PPAR-γmRNA in duodenum of goats in group H was significantly higher than that in other two group(P<0.05).The expression level of ACACA and FASN mRNA in liver of goats in group L was significantly lower than that in group M(P<0.05),while the expression level of ACACA and FASN mRNA in rumen of goats in group L was significantly higher than that group M(P<0.05).In conclusion,diets with different concentrate-forage ratios could affect fat deposition in body of goats by regulating related gene expression of fat acid synthesis and metabolism.
