摘 要:采取分段式连续投喂方法及一次性饱食投喂方法对长薄鳅幼鱼的昼夜摄食节律进行了研究,同时在23℃水温下测定了体重为9.87 g的长薄鳅幼鱼的胃排空率,分析了数学模型对其胃排空曲线的拟合程度。实验结果表明:长薄鳅24 h一周期的摄食节律不受投喂方式的影响。在一次饱食投喂方式下,摄食活动主要发生在夜晚,白天摄食率降低;在分段式连续投喂方式下,其变化规律同一次饱食投喂方法相似,但每个时间点的摄食率均低于一次性饱食投喂摄食率。胃排空率用指数模型拟合最好,长薄鳅幼鱼的胃排空率为0.2004 g/h,99%胃排空时间为23 h,达到投喂前水平。建议长薄鳅幼鱼的养殖可采取在光线较弱的黄昏后进行投喂,每天1次。The diurnal feeding rhythm of juvenile Leptobotia elongata was studied by segmentation continuous feeding method and once-per-day satiation feeding method.Meanwhile,the gastric evacuation rate of juvenile Leptobotia elongata with body weight of 9.87 g was measured at 23℃,and the fitting degree of mathematical model of gastric evacuation was analyzed.The results showed that the feeding rhythm of L.elongata was not affected by feeding methods in 24 h cycle.In once-per-day satiation feeding mode,feeding was conducted mainly at night.The daytime feeding rate decreased.In the segmental continuous feeding mode,the feeding rate of each time point was lower than that of once-per-day satiation feeding mode,but its variation was similar to once-per-day satiation feeding mode.Among the three models,the evacuation rate was fit best by exponential model.The evacuation rate was 0.2004 g/h,and 99%gastric evacuation time was 23 h,reaching the level before feeding.It is recommended to feed the L.elongata once a day after dusk.
