摘 要:确定侧面作用移动热源柱体温度场是工业界常见的一类传热问题.比如,铁道车辆的车轮在接触斑内的摩擦热和踏面制动的摩擦热的作用下的温度场特性,柱类工件在车削及磨削加工等产生的切削和摩擦热作用下的温度场特性.该类问题的温度场特性会对部件的性能、寿命产生较大的影响,从而对柱体在移动热源作用下温度场特性的研究非常重要.由于问题的复杂性,分析方法已经不再有效,从而需进行数值分析.论文发展了适体坐标系用有限容积法求解该类问题温度场的程序,并应用到有分析解问题,把数值结果与分析解结果进行了对比.结果表明论文发展的有限容积程序准确性较高.To determine the temperature field of cylinder heated by moving heat source on cylindrical side surface is very important for many industrial cases.For example,the temperature characteristics of the wheels of railway vehicles frequently heated by moving heat sources such the friction heat generated in wheel/rail contact region and brake function on the tape of the wheel,the temperature characteristics of cylinder parts in manufacturing process.In such cases the temperature characteristics will have great effect on the main characteristics of the wheels or the cylinder parts.Hence,the study of such temperature characteristics is very valuable.Because many problems are very complex,analysis method cannot be applied to solve many problems,thus,numerical methods should be developed.The developed numerical method should be checked seriously.In this paper a numerical analysis method is developed firstly,and its correctness is proved by the analysis results of a special problem.The results show that the numerical results are in good agreement of the analysis results.This proves the accuracy of the numerical method is very high.
