摘　　要：文章基于我国24个主要农业省份(市、区)2011—2020年的面板数据,运用中介效应模型实证分析了数字金融服务对农业保险发展的影响及作用机制。研究发现:数字金融服务能够显著促进农业保险的发展,内生性处理和稳健性检验均得到一致结论;进一步的中介效应分析表明,农户可支配收入水平和理赔效率在数字金融服务影响农业保险发展的过程中发挥部分中介效应。具体而言,数字金融服务能够通过提升农户可支配收入水平和理赔效率,从需求拉动和供给推动两个层面促进农业保险的发展。持续推进数字金融服务发展水平、完善智慧农业保险体系及整合相关主管部门力量是推进农业保险高质量发展、服务乡村振兴战略实施的有效路径。Based on the panel data of 24 major agricultural provinces(cities and districts)in China from 2011 to 2020,the paper empirically analyzes the impact and mechanism of digital financial services on the development of agricultural insurance by using the intermediary effect model.The results show that digital financial services can significantly promote the development of agricultural insurance,endogenous treatment and robustness test are consistent conclusions;Further analysis of intermediary effect shows that the level of farmers’disposable income and claim efficiency play a part of intermediary effect in the process of digital financial services affecting the development of agricultural insurance.Specifically,digital financial services can promote the development of agricultural insurance from two aspects:demand driven and supply driven by improving the level of farmers’disposable income and claim settlement efficiency.The effective way to promote the high-quality development of agricultural insurance and the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization is to continue to promote the development level of digital financial services,improve the intelligent agricultural insurance system and integrate the strength of relevant competent departments.
