坤宁安加减治疗围绝经期综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察坤宁安加减对围绝经期综合征患者的临床疗效。方法:将60例符纳入标准的围绝经期综合征患者依据随机数字表随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组口服坤泰胶囊(每日3次,每次4粒),治疗组加用坤宁安辨证治疗(每日1剂,早晚饭后30 min分服),两组均连续治疗12周。记录两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、Greene症状量表评分和激素水平的变化情况,并比较临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组患者中医证候积分均低于治疗前(P <0.05),且治疗组中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后两组患者Greene症状量表评分低于治疗前(P <0.05),且治疗组Greene症状量表评分明显低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后两组患者血清FSH降低(P <0.05),血清E2升高(P <0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P <0.05);治疗组总有效率为92.59%(25/27),对照组总有效率为88.89%(24/27),两组比较没有统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:坤宁安加减对围绝经期综合征患者效果显著,能较好地改善围绝经期症状、提高患者生活质量,并且显著提高患者E2激素水平,降低血清FSH值,且在观察过程中无明显不良反应。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Kun Ning An in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome. Methods:60 cases of perimenopausal syndrome met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Kun Tai Capsule;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with modified Kun Ning An. After 12 weeks of continuous treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms and Greene symptoms rating scale,as well as the hormone levels were recorded before and after the treatment in the two groups. Clinical efficacy was also compared between the two groups. Results:The scores of TCM symptoms were lower after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups(P < 0. 05),which were lower in the treatment group than those in the control group after the treatment(P < 0. 05).The scores Greene of symptoms rating scale were lower after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups(P < 0. 05),which were significantly lower in the treatment group than those in the control group after the treatment(P < 0. 05). The serum level of FSH was decreased(P < 0. 05),and the serum level of E2was increased after the treatment in the two groups(P < 0. 05);of which the improvements were more significant in the treatment group than those in the control group(P < 0. 05).The total effective rate was 92. 59%(25/27)in the treatment group,and it was 88. 89%(24/27)in the control group;of which there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P > 0. 05).Conclusion:Modified Kun Ning An has a significant effect on perimenopausal syndrome,it can better improve the symptoms of perimenopause,improve the life quality of the patients,and significantly improve the hormone level of E2and reduce the serum level of FSH. There were no adverse reactions during the treatment.
