摘　　要：目的探讨百藓夏塔热片(BXHT)联合曲安纳德益康唑乳膏(TAEC)在玫瑰糠疹患者中的应用效果。方法选择2019年4月至2020年3月沈阳市第七人民医院收治的60例玫瑰糠疹患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例)。对照组应用BXHT进行治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联合应用TAEC,比较两组的皮损症状改善、美容效果评分以及治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的灼热、皮疹面积及红斑皮损症状评分均低于治疗前,且观察组的灼热、皮疹面积及红斑皮损症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过4周治疗后,两组患者的美容效果评分均高于治疗2周和治疗前,且观察组治疗2、4周的美容效果评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对玫瑰糠疹患者联合应用BXHE和TAEC可以有效改善其皮损症状和美容效果,能够提高临床治疗有效率,值得在临床中推广和应用。Objective To explore the application effect of Baixuan Xiata Hot Tablets(BXHT)combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide Econazole Cream(TAEC)in patients with rose furrrash.Methods A total of 60 patients treated in the Seventh People's Hospital of Shenyang city from April 2019 to March 2020 were selected as research objects,they were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with BXHT.On this basis,the observation group was added TAEC.The improvement of skin lesions,cosmetic effect score and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scorching,rash area and erythema symptom score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scorching,rash area and erythema symptom score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the cosmetic effect scores of the two groups were higher than those of the two weeks of treatment and before treatment,and the cosmetic effect scores of the observation group at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%,which was higher than 72.50% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined application of BXHE and TAEC in the treatment of patients with rose furrash can effectively improve their skin loss symptoms and cosmetic effect,improve clinical treatment efficiency,and deserve clinical promotion and application.
