公共建筑节能减碳评价指标及方法探析

摘　　要：在国家大力推动碳达峰、碳中和的大背景下,上海市公共建筑领域节能减碳任务面临着新的挑战和机遇,提出了2025年实现碳达峰、2050年实现碳中和的总体目标,对公共建筑节能领域提出了高质量发展要求。以上海市公共建筑为研究对象,探析了公共建筑节能减碳评价指标和方法,指出了目前公共建筑节能减碳评价指标存在的不足,提出了完善基于“双碳”目标下的节能评价指标及计算方法,并对《上海市既有公共建筑节能改造技术目录(2018版)》提出了修订建议。Under the background of the nation vigorously promoting carbon peak and carbon neutrality,the task of energy conservation and carbon reduction in the field of public buildings in Shanghai is facing new challenges and opportunities.The overall goal of achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality in 2050 is put forward,which puts forward high-quality development requirements for the field of energy conservation in public buildings,this paper takes Shanghai public buildings as the research object,and expounds the current deficiencies in the evaluation index of energy saving and carbon reduction.In addition,based on the“Double Carbon”target,this paper improves the energy-saving evaluation index and calculation methods and puts forward revision suggestions for《Shanghai Existing Public Building Energy-Saving Retrofit Technology Catalog(2018 Edition)》.
