摘　　要：随着电力行业废水零排放概念的提出及水资源管控的提升,电厂废水回收再利用已成为必要的升级改造。电厂定排扩容器的废水主要来自锅炉连续排污、蒸汽吹灰器疏水、定期排污、锅炉启停过程中的疏放水等,均携带一定的热量。本文就定排扩容器废水直接供热作为热网循环水补充水和电极蒸汽锅炉、柱塞式蒸汽压缩机升温升压的外供蒸汽进行了探讨。With the proposal of the concept of zero discharge of wastewater in the power industry and the improvement of water resources management and control,the recovery and reuse of production wastewater in power plants has gradually become a necessary upgrading project.The waste water of the constant discharge expander mainly comes from the continuous sewage discharge of the boiler,the drainage of the steam soot blower,the regular sewage discharge,the drainage water during the startup and shutdown of the boiler,etc.,and the source water carries a certain amount of heat.This paper discusses the scheme of direct heating of wastewater from fixed discharge flash tank with certain heat as make-up water of circulating water in heat supply network and heating and boosting by electrode steam boiler and plunger steam compressor as industrial external steam supply.
