摘  要:针对集中供汽末端两班制间歇生产工业热用户倒班期间暂停用汽的特点,就传统供汽间歇运行和小流量热备用的运行方式进行了热损失分析,对某热力公司新增末端酿造热用户供汽接驳方案进行了优化,采用蒸汽蓄热器将热备用时的小流量蒸汽储存起来,在正常班次时释放。经对两个方案的对比分析,蒸汽蓄热器方案年减少经济损失43.20万元,增量投资回收期4.2年。结论表明对供汽末端两班制间歇生产工业热用户采用蒸汽蓄热器方案具有显著的社会效益和经济效益。Regarding the characteristics of the two-shift intermittent production at the end of the centralized steam supply,the industrial heat users suspend the use of steam during shifts,and the heat loss analysis is carried out on the traditional intermittent operation of steam supply and the operation mode of small flow heat backup.The steam supply design of a brewing user at the terminal of steam pipe network is optimizated.In the design,the steam during hot standby is stored and released during normal shifts by the steam accumulator.Compared with the traditional design,he optimizated design can save¥432,000 yearly,with the incremental investment payback period is 4.2 year.The conclusion shows that the use of steam accumulators has significant social and economic benefits,which can be used in the design of steam users with two-shift intermittent production at the extremity of steam pipe network.
