摘  要:以不同种源紫云英种子为材料,分析浸种3、6、12、24、36、48和60h的种子浸出液的绝对和相对电导率,并测定各样品的标准发芽率和田间出苗表现,以期探求适宜于紫云英种子的活力评价技术。12个紫云英样品的标准发芽率在87%~97%之间,且回归分析表明其和田间出苗率及田间幼苗干重无显著相关性,无法准确反映各种子样品活力水平。随浸种时间增加,种子浸出液的绝对和相对电导率呈上升趋势,且和田间出苗表现的相关性逐渐增强。回归分析结果表明在浸种24h,种子浸出液的绝对和相对电导率与田间出苗率存在极显著负相关关系,回归分析决定系数分别为0.897和0.876;随浸种时间继续延长,相关性不再显著增加。因此,浸种24h的种子浸出液的绝对或相对电导率均可以作为评价紫云英种子活力且预测田间出苗表现的适宜方法,且能够在1d完成测定,兼具精确性与时效性。This study measured seed leachate’s absolute and relative electrical conductivities after soaking for 3,6,12,24,36,48 and 60 hours for 12 samples of Chinese milk vetch(Astragalus sinicus L.).The germination percentage and field seedling emergence were also determined to explore the suitable method for seed vigor evaluation.The results showed that the standard germination percentage of Chinese milk vetch ranged from 87%to 97%.Moreover,regression analysis revealed no significant correlation between standard germination percentage,field seedling emergence percentage,and seedling dry weight in field,indicating that standard germination percentage was not an appropriate indicator for seed vigor determination.With the increase of soaking time,both absolute and relative conductivities of seed leachate increased,and their correlation with field seedling emergence also elevated.The regression analysis revealed that both absolute and relative conductivities negatively correlated with field seedling emergence percentage after soaking for 24 hours,in which the determination coefficients were 0.897 and 0.876,respectively.With the increase of soaking time(longer than 24 hours),the correlation between conductivities and field seedling emergence percentage was improved insignificantly.Therefore,absolute or relative conductivity of seed leachate after soaking for 24 hours could be used as an optimum vigor evaluation method to accurately and efficiently predict field seedling emergence of Chinese milk vetch.
