摘  要:研究通过测序技术对迪庆藏猪脂肪分化蛋白基因(ADFP)部分启动子区域和外显子1进行了多态位点遗传分析。结果发现,迪庆藏猪在ADFP基因启动子区域存在2个SNPs,外显子1上存在6个SNPs;各SNPs均处于Hardy-Weinberg平衡,多态信息含量和杂合度均小于0.5。研究了解了迪庆藏猪ADFP基因的变异情况及群体遗传特征,为下一步开展脂肪沉积基因的遗传育种奠定了理论基础。In this study, polymorphism locus genetic analysis was performed on partial promoter region and exon 1 of ADFP gene in Diqing Tibetan pigs by sequencing technology. The results showed that there were 2 SNPs in the promoter region and 6 SNPs in exon 1 of ADFP gene in Diqing Tibetan pigs. All SNPs were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium, and the polymorphic information content and heterozygosity were less than 0.5. Through this study, the variation of ADFP gene and population genetic characteristics of Diqing Tibetan pigs were understood, which laid a theoretical foundation for the genetic breeding of fat deposition gene in the next step.
