摘　　要：规模猪场5周批次化生产模式是一种高效的生产管理体系,是彻底全进全出的饲养方式。5周批次化生产是依据母猪群的大小合理划分批次,批次间间隔分明有规则,并利用生物技术和管理手段使批次内母猪达到同期发情、同期配种、同期分娩,并且仔猪断奶、免疫接种和生猪出栏等形成批次化。有规划地将同一批次(生长阶段和日龄相同)的猪只饲养在一个圈舍内,由同一饲养员管理,同时转群或出栏,这样猪群的体重增长、饲料利用率和健康状况等维持在最佳水平。虽然所有的猪群饲养在一个场内,但实施批次化生产后可以将不同批次的猪只分别饲养在不同的圈舍或单元内,并执行隔离和防疫措施,这样同一生长阶段的猪只在一个圈舍或单元饲养,采用全进全出的方式,便于实施统一的生产管理。5周批次化生产模式因具有较强节律性、较高整齐度、较高等级生物安全等优势而应用于规模猪场。The five-week batch production mode of large-scale pig farm is an efficient production management system and a complete in-out feeding mode. Five-week batch production is based on the rational division of the size of sows, with regular intervals between batches, and the use of biotechnology and management means to achieve simultaneous estrus, simultaneous breeding and simultaneous farrowing of sows within batches, and weaning piglets,immunization and pigs out of the pen to form batches. The pigs of the same batch(of the same growth stage and age)are kept in a pen in a planned way, managed by the same keeper, and transferred to a group or to a pen at the same time, the weight gain, feed utilization, and health status of the herd are thus maintained at optimum levels. Although all pig herds are kept in one farm, after the implementation of batch production, different batches of pigs can be kept in different pens or units, and quarantine and epidemic prevention measures can be implemented, in this way,the pigs of the same growth stage are raised in a pen or a unit in a way of all-in and all-out, which is convenient to implement unified production management. Batch production mode is applied to large-scale pig farms because of its advantages such as stronger rhythm, higher degree of uniformity and higher level of biological safety.
