摘　　要：太极球是一项具有民族特色的体育运动,是太极拳体系里一个重要的组成部分。文章通过对太极球项目的阐述,探讨太极球套路教学的步骤与内容,提出教师在教学过程中应注意的问题,期望对高校开展和提高太极球教学提供借鉴和参考。taijiqiu is a sport with national characteristics and an important part of Taijiquan system.By expounding the taijiqiu project,this paper discusses the steps and contents of taijiqiu routine teaching,and puts forward the problems that teachers should pay attention to in the teaching process,hoping to provide reference and reference for developing and improving taijiqiu teaching in Colleges and universities.
