摘  要:针对机载电子产品高可靠性需求,提出了一种利用三极管放大区工作特性实现的28 V/开型离散量输入调理电路。电路主要包括雷电防护电路、HIRF防护电路、电平转换电路、电压比较电路和BIT检测电路,电路将离散量输入电压型信号转换为电流型信号,大大增强了电路抗干扰能力,并且具备雷电防护、HIRF防护电路和电路故障自检测功能。通过仿真试验测试平台测试结果表明电路可以有效抑制电压抖动,当输入电压在10~32 V变化时,调理后电压维持在4 V左右。同时,电路同样适用于28 V/地型离散量输入信号调理,具有较广的应用场景。Aiming at the high reliability requirements of airborne electronic products, a 28 V/open-type discrete input conditioning circuit based on the transistor′s amplificatory property is proposed.The circuit mainly includes lightning protection circuit, HIRF protection circuit, level conversion circuit, voltage comparison circuit and BIT detection circuit.This circuit converts discrete input voltage type signal into current type signal, which greatly enhances the anti-interference ability of the circuit, and with lightning protection, HIRF protection and circuit fault self-detection function.The test results of simulation and test platform show that the circuit can effectively suppress voltage jitter.When the input voltage varies from 10 V to 32 V,the voltage after conditioning is maintained at about 4 V.At the same time, the circuit is also suitable for 28 V/ground discrete input signal conditioning, and can be widely used.
