摘　　要：全球宽带卫星通信系统的构建和落实,能够实现全球覆盖自主可控的根本目的,提高日常服务水平,对固定卫星宽带互联网接入等一系列应用提供可靠服务支持,满足目前我国在宽带等方面提出的基本需求。为分析宽带海事卫星通信的发展与应用,本文对海事卫星通信系统的建设及其在我国目前发展现状进行简单阐述。基于此,结合宽带卫星通信系统的基础构成及第五代全球卫星通信系统构成情况,对宽带海事卫星通信在视频监控与航空领域中的应用情况进行详细分析,以期为宽带海事卫星通信在我国的长效稳定发展提供参考。The construction and implementation of a global broadband satellite communication system can achieve the fundamental purpose of autonomous and controllable global coverage,improve daily service levels,and provide reliable service support for a series of applications such as fixed satellite broadband Internet access to meet the needs of China's current broadband.In order to analyze the development and application of broadband maritime satellite communications,this article briefly describes the construction of maritime satellite communications systems and the current development status in China.Based on this,combined with the basic structure of the broadband satellite communication system and the fifth-generation global satellite communication system,a detailed analysis of the application of broadband maritime satellite communications in the field of video surveillance and aviation is carried out,with a view to providing broadband maritime satellite communications in China.It provides reference for longterm stable development.
