摘　　要：在当前的大数据环境下,高校的图书馆学科馆员需要不断地提高自身的数据获取能力,深入研究数据、整理数据,不断地进行实践与创新,提升自身的信息利用素养,更好地进行学科服务。本文分析了当前高校图书馆学科馆员服务实际状况与高校图书馆学科馆员在学科服务方面存在的不足之处,进而探究大数据环境下高校图书馆学科馆员服务提升的有效对策。In the current big data environment,subject librarians in university libraries need to continuously improve their data acquisition capabilities,conduct in-depth research on data,organize data,and constantly practice and innovate to improve their information utilization literacy and better perform subject services locally.This paper analyzes the actual situation of the current academic library subject services,as well as the shortcomings of academic libraries in subject services,and then explores the effective countermeasures for the improvement of subject services in academic libraries under the big data environment.
