骨质增生与中医脏腑的相关性探讨

摘　　要：骨质增生是一种常见的骨质不同程度的增生性改变,是机体自身代偿、再生、修复和重建的正常功能,但当其对周围神经、血管及其他组织造成压迫时,会出现疼痛等病理症状。现代医学除对症处理,手术治疗外,尚无理想的防治措施;中医学“治未病”的思想对于疾病防治意义重大,笔者探讨骨质增生与肝脾肾等脏腑功能失调的相关性,基于“未病先防”“既病防变”思想提出运用中国传统运动疗法调节脏腑功能可在一定程度预防骨质增生的观点,为临床工作者提供新的思路与方向。Hyperosteogeny is a common hyperplastic change of bone in varying degrees,and it is the normal function of self-compensation,regeneration,repair and reconstruction of the body,but when it oppresses the peripheral nerves,blood vessels and other tissues,it will appear pathological symptoms such as pain.In modern medicine,there is no ideal prevention and treatment except symptomatic treatment and surgical treatment.The idea of “preventive treatment of disease” in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is important to the prevention and therapy of sickness.The author discusses the correlation between hyperosteogeny and dysfunction of liver,spleen and kidney.Based on the idea of “prevention before illness” and “prevention of illness and degeneration”,this paper puts forward the view that the use of TCM functional methods to regulate the function of viscera can prevent hyperosteogeny to a certain extent,so as to provide new ideas and directions for clinical workers.
