平肝益肾安神方治疗围绝经期高血压病合并睡眠障碍经验浅析

摘　　要：围绝经期高血压病是心血管系统常见的疾病之一,其发病率逐年上升,且临床大多数患者伴有睡眠障碍,更是加速了高血压病的发生发展。目前单纯的降压治疗,患者会出现血压波动大、安眠药耐药性、依从性差。中医药在降压的同时,结合中医理论,在辨证论治的基础上发挥中医特色,明显改善了患者的临床疗效。经过多年临床实践,导师许祖建在治疗围绝经期高血压病合并睡眠障碍方面已有较多心得,此文从病机出发,从心肝肾论治,用自拟平肝益肾安神方治疗围绝经期高血压病合并睡眠障碍并附验案2则。Perimenomenopausal hypertension is one of the common diseases in the cardiovascular system.Its incidence increases year by year.In most clinical patients with sleep disorders,it accelerates the development of hypertension.At present,in simple antihypertensive treatment,patients will have large blood pressure fluctuations,poor drug resistance of sleeping pills and poor medical compliance.While lowering blood pressure,and combined with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),TCM gives full play to the characteristics of TCM on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment,which significantly improves the clinical curative effect of patients.After years of clinical practice,tutor Xu Zujian has had more experience in the treatment of perimenopausal hypertension with sleep disorder.This paper starts from the pathogenesis,from the heart and kidney treatment,and uses the self-plan treatment of menopausal hypertension with sleep disorder and the case of disease.
