华北地区肿瘤专科医院抗肿瘤药物职业暴露的调查分析研究

摘　　要：目的 此研究通过调查中国华北地区各省市肿瘤专科医院的职业防护水平,以评估和分析细胞毒药物的污染程度及危害,为进一步加强医务人员的职业防护,减少环境污染提供理论依据。方法 调查数据来自华北地区肿瘤专科医院静脉用药集中调配中心(PIVAS),随机抽取医务人员500名进行问卷调查,问卷内容主要为医务人员对抗肿瘤药物(ADS)职业暴露的认知情况。结果 次调查共计发出问卷500份,回收412份,回收率82.40%,有效问卷412份,有效率100.00%。参与问卷调查的医务人员多为女性,占总人数的85.19%,年龄以25~35岁居多,学历多为本科,且工作时长在3~10年,5个省市人员一般情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);参与问卷调查的医务人员关于ADS各方面的认知度多集中于80%~95%,但认知度低于65%人员仍然存在,需引起重视。结论 通过调研发现华北地区肿瘤专科医院PIVAS人员配备及防护发展水平基本一致,但均存在职业安全教育缺失等共性问题。Objective To analyze and evaluate the pollution level of tumor hospitals in North China and the occupational hazards of antineoplastic drugs on medical workers by investigate protection level of each tumor hospital,as well as provide a theoretical basis for further developing the ability of occupational protection during the chemotherapy,meanwhile,standardizing the occupational safety and reducing environmental pollution.Methods Investigation data were collected from the pharmacy intravenous admixture service( PIVAS) of Cancer Hospital in North China.500 medical workers were randomly select in tumor hospitals to take part in a questionnaire,and the questionnaire including personal situation and cognition situation.Results During this study,we distributed questionnaires totally 500 and received 412pieces,recycles nearly 82.40%,withdraw 412 pieces of effective questionnaire,the effective rate is 100.00%.Most medical workers are women,about 85.19% of the totally,most workers are between 25 ~ 35 years old,furthermore,undergraduates be in the majority,and working in the hospital for about 3 ~ 10 years.Most of the medical staff who participated in the questionnaire survey focused on 80% ~ 95%of the awareness of ads,but the awareness of less than 65% of the staff still exists,which should be paid attention to.Conclusion It is found that the development level of PIVAS staffing and protection in cancer hospitals in North China is basically the same,but there are common problems such as the lack of occupational safety education.
