摘　　要：庞国明教授,第六批全国老中医药专家学术继承工作指导老师,享受国务院特殊津贴专家,从医40余载,专长内科,主攻糖尿病的纯中药治疗,学验俱丰,善用中医思维方法解决临床疑难问题。对2型糖尿病消谷善饥甚则饥饱无度等久治不愈者,悟道探理,善用“反治法”治疗,即运用“消食导滞”法以“消治消”,此文总结了庞教授在2型糖尿病辨证论治基础上,活用消食导滞药物的独特经验,为同道在临床应用提供思路和方法。Professor Pang Guoming,the sixth batch of national guidance teacher of the academic inheritance work of old Chinese medicine experts,enjoys the special allowance of the State Council experts,has been a doctor for more than 40 years,specializing in internal medicine,specializing in the treatment of pure Chinese medicine for diabetes,with abundant knowledge and good use of traditional Chinese medicine thinking method to solve clinical problems.In the type 2 diabetes rapid digestion of food and polyorexia,such as enlightenment principle,using retrograde treatment,namely using the method of “promoting digestion method”,this paper summarized Professor Pang’s unique experience in the active use of anti-dietetic drugs on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment of type 2 diabetes,and provided ideas and methods for the clinical application.
