摘 要:本文研究了BMn40NiCrFe钎焊合金的微观组织结构和性能。利用热力学相平衡分析、XRD分析、热膨胀分析、光学显微镜、扫描电镜和维氏硬度测试等手段分析了加工和热处理对合金微观组织结构和性能的影响规律。结果表明,合金铸态组织中Fe和Cr元素的偏析程度较大,Mn和Ni的偏析程度较小,铸态合金经长时间均匀化退火会析出Cr的碳化物;在450~650C之间合金的面心立方结构(fcc)基体发生体心四方相(bct)转变,并有体心立方结构的第二相析出。The microstructure and propertics of BMn40NiCrFe brazing alloy were studicd.The ffcts of processing and heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of the alloy were analyzed by means of thermodynamic phase equilibrium analysis.XRD analysis,thermal expansion analysis,optical microscope.scanning electron microscope and Vickers hardness test.The results show that the segregation degree of Fe and Cr in as cast alloy is large.while that of Mn and Ni is small.Cr carbides will precipitate in as cast alloy after homogenization annealing for a long time.Body centered tetragonal phase(BCT)trans formation occurs in FCC matrix and the second phase precipitates in FCC matrix between 450C and 650C.
