基于PDCA循环的芜湖港发展对策研究

摘　　要：芜湖港是中国内河重要主枢纽港和国家一类开放口岸。但相比于我国部分沿海港口和内河港口,芜湖港始终存在差距。结合芜湖港内外部环境对芜湖港进行SWOT分析进而找到差距产生的原因,并基于PDCA循环提出合理利用岸线资源、提高岸线资源利用率,完善港口物流体系、制定多元化服务策略等举措,有利于芜湖港实现高质量发展。Located in the lower reaches of Yangtze River,Wuhu Port is both a major inland waterway hub and a class-I open port in China.However,compared with some coastal ports and some other inland ports domestically,there is always a gap.Through the SWOT analysis made on Wuhu Port in view of the internal and external environments of Wuhu Port,we can find what the gap has resulted from and further pose some countermeasures proposed based on PDCA cycle,such as reasonable utilization of shoreline resources,improvement of the shoreline resources utilization rate,improvement of port logistics system and formulation of diversified service strategies,which is conducive to the high-quality development of Wuhu Port.
