基于数据挖掘探讨《中国药典》中川芎的配伍规律及应用特点

摘　　要：基于数据挖掘探讨含川芎成方制剂的配伍规律及应用特点,为临床科学、规范使用川芎提供参考.以“川芎”、“酒川芎”为关键词,摘录《中国药典》一部收录的相关成方制剂,运用Microsoft Office Excel 2017、VOSviewer1.6.15、IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0、IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0等软件对纳入的成方制剂进行频数统计、中药配伍密度分析、关联规则分析、主成分分析等;并利用Cytoscape3.7.2软件筛选疾病治疗的核心中药.纳入研究方剂173首,以川芎为君药的成方制剂有102种.成方制剂共涉及中药343味,其中当归、甘草、白芍、熟地黄、黄芪与川芎的配伍密度最高,且各中药间的配伍比基本保持恒定.配伍类别分析显示,成方制剂中川芎常与补虚类、活血化瘀类、解表类、清热类中药配伍,多用于治疗痹证、月经不调、头痛等疾病.治疗痹证时,川芎常与乳香、没药、当归、白芷、羌活等中药联用;而川芎、白芍、熟地黄、香附、白术等中药是月经不调治疗的关键配伍.主成分分析显示,两种疾病分别提取到5个、7个公因子.通过分析含川芎方剂的中药组成、配伍类别、主治疾病等,为川芎的临床应用和研究奠定了基础.The study aimed to explore the compatibility law and application characteristics of preparations containing Ligusticum chuanxiong based on data mining,which was expected to provide reference for scientifically and standardly clinical application of Ligusticum chuanxiong.The relevant prescription preparations included in the first part of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia were precisely extracted by using“Chuanxiong”or“Jiu Chuanxiong”as keywords,and Microsoft Office Excel 2017,VOSviewer1.6.15,IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0,IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 and other softwares were applied to do corresponding analysis such as frequency statistics,density analysis of traditional Chinese medicine compatibility,association rule analysis and principal component analysis.In addition,Cytoscape3.7.2 was utilized to screen the core traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of disease as well.One hundred and seventy three prescriptions containing Ligusticum chuanxiong were selected in this study,including 102 kinds of prescription preparations with Ligusticum chuanxiong as the monarch medicine.The prescription preparations involved 343 traditional Chinese medicines,among which Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rehmanniae Radix Preparata,Radix Astragali and Ligusticum chuanxiong had the highest compatibility density,and the compatibility ratio between these traditional Chinese medicines remained basically constant at the same time.The results of compatibility analysis demonstrated that Ligusticum chuanxiong,mostly used for the treatment of arthralgia,irregular menstruation,headache,was often compatible with traditional Chinese medicine for invigorating deficiency,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,relieving the surface,and clearing away heat.In the treatment of arthralgia syndrome,Ligusticum chuanxiong was frequently combined with traditional Chinese medicine such as Olibanum,Myrrha,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Angelicae dahuricae radix,Notopterygium Incisum;while traditional Chinese m
