摘　　要：长期以来基于国家利益、意识形态、战略目标和地缘政治等因素对中俄日三国关系的考量,发现其存在着十分微妙的动态演变的三角关系。进入新时代后,在中美贸易摩擦愈演愈烈的国际环境下,中俄日三角关系呈现出既竞争又合作的竞合格局:中俄关系进入全面战略协作伙伴关系;俄日关系以“政经分离”新思维下加强经贸合作;中日关系由“政冷经冷”迈向契合新时代要求的新的合作关系。而美日同盟下的美国地缘政治因素,却间接影响甚至主导着俄日、中日关系的走向。面对新时代中俄日三角关系面临的挑战与机遇,中俄日应发挥各自比较优势,构建互惠互利的合作机制,突破俄日对中国的牵制;而中国应加快“一带一路”和“欧亚联盟”的衔接,构建中日相互信任下的“第三方市场合作”模式,消除美国的霸权和贸易保护主义对中俄日三角关系的不利影响。The relationship between China,Russia and Japan has long been based on the consideration of national interests,ideology,strategic goals,geopolitics and other factors,showing a very subtle dynamic evolution of the triangular relationship.After entering a new era,under the international environment where Sino-US trade frictions are intensifying,the China-Russia-Japan triangle relationship presents a competitive pattern of competition and cooperation:Sino-Russia relations have entered a comprehensive strategic partnership;Japan-Russia relations strengthen economic and trade cooperation under the new thinking of"separation of politics and economics";Sino-Japan relations have moved from"Political coldness and economic apathy"to a new cooperative relationship that is in line with the new era.The geopolitical factors of the United States under the Japan-US alliance have indirectly affected and even dominated the direction of Japan-Russia and Sino-Japan relations.Facing the changes in the structure and status of the triangular relationship between China,Russia and Japan in the new era,China,Russia and Japan should play their respective comparative advantages and build a mutually beneficial cooperation mechanism.China should accelerate the connection of the"Belt and Road"and the"Eurasian Union";build a"third-party market cooperation"model under mutual trust between China and Japan.
