加快民营经济转型升级和高质量发展的对策建议——基于河北省民营经济发展现状

摘　　要：民营经济是中国经济发展最活跃的力量,在推动发展、促进创新、增加就业、改善民生等方面发挥着不可替代的作用。但民营经济发展面临着很多难题和体制机制障碍,特别是从新冠肺炎疫情的冲击影响来看,民营经济根基不稳、抵御市场风险能力较弱等问题格外突出。因此,民营经济转型升级和高质量发展势在必行。文章通过对河北省民营经济发展情况和问题的分析,从产业转型升级、企业自身建设、创新要素投入、营商环境优化以及行业协会作用等方面提出了助力民营经济高质量发展的对策建议。Private economy is the most active force in China’s economic development,and plays an indispens⁃able role in advancing development,promoting innovation,increasing employment,improving民生,etc..However,the development of private economy still faces many problems and institutional obstacles.Especially the COVID-19 Epidemic impact indicates that such problems as unstable and weak foundations of the private economy are highly prominent.Therefore,the transformation and upgrading of private economy and its high-quality development are im⁃perative.Through the analysis of the development status and problems of private economy in Hebei Province,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to contribute to the high-quality development of private econo⁃my from the aspects of industrial transformation and upgrading,enterprise self-construction,innovation factor in⁃puts,business environment optimization,the role of industry associations,etc..
