摘 要:对于新研制的直升机传动轴系,设计阶段通常要进行多种方案对比与影响参数分析,以获得相对较优的设计方案,但采用有限元法计算工作量较大、计算效率偏低,亟需一种快速且精确的直升机传动轴临界转速分析方法。以某直升机尾斜轴为研究对象,建立了综合考虑弯矩、横向位移、剪切变形、转动惯量、陀螺力矩和轴向力等因素影响的尾传动轴临界转速的计算模型,推导出临界转速计算公式。通过对比多种分析模型的计算结果,获得了各个影响因素对直升机尾传动轴临界转速的影响规律,并给出了选用直升机尾传动轴临界转速分析方法的建议。For the helicopter transmission shaft system,it is usually necessary to carry out a variety of scheme comparison and influence parameter analysis during the design stage to obtain a relatively better design scheme.However,due to large calculation workload and low efficiency of the finite element method,it is necessary to develop a fast and accurate analysis method for the critical speed of the helicopter transmission shaft.Taking the helicopter oblique tail drive shaft as the research object,and considering bending moment,lateral displacement,shear distortion,moment of inertia,gyroscopic moment and axial force,etc.a calculation model for the critical speed of the tail drive shaft is established and a calculation formula for the critical speed is derived.By comparing calculation results of several analysis models,the influence law among various influence factors upon the critical speed of the tail drive shaft is obtained and a suggestion for the selection of critical speed analysis method of helicopter tail drive shaft is also given.
