摘 要:轴承的温升及温度分布状态直接影响着轴承的工作性能和使用寿命。针对深沟球轴承在工作状态下的温升特性进行了研究。通过对沟道曲率半径、弥合度等参数对球轴承生热影响的分析,提出通过对轴承结构的改型设计,优化内圈沟道圆弧半径(内沟道曲率半径)和外圈沟道圆弧半径(外沟道曲率半径)等尺寸参数的方法,并用试验法得出了内外沟道曲率半径系数分别与轴承压力不同沟道曲率半径和转速下轴承工作温度的关系。结果表明,内、外圈沟道曲率系数对轴承工作温升影响较大。该研究为优化轴承内外沟道与相应钢球接触的最佳匹配性,实现轴承工作面润滑更加充分,进一步改善其散热条件,并减小滑动摩擦,降低轴承的摩擦力矩和噪声,从而实现轴承的高转速、高效率、低功耗、低噪声提供了参考。研究结果对高速深沟球轴承参数优化具有指导意义。The characteristics of temperature rise of deep groove ball bearing under working condition are studied. By analyzing the influence of groove curvature radius,degree of closure and other parameters on the heat generation of the ball bearing,the size parameters such as inner ring groove radius(inner groove curvature radius)and outer ring groove radius(outer groove curvature radius)are optimized through the modification design of the bearing structure. The relationship between the curvature radius coefficient of inner and outer groove and the working temperature of bearing under different bearing pressure and rotating speed are obtained by experimental method. The results show that the curvature coefficient of the inner and outer ring channel has a great influence on the temperature rise of the bearing. The study provides a reference for optimizing the contact matching between the inner and outer grooves of the bearing and the steel ball,enabling a better lubrication of the bearing working surfaces,further improving its heat dissipation conditions,reducing sliding friction to reduce the friction torque and noise of the bearing,so as to realize the high speed,high efficiency,low power consumption and low noise of the bearing. The research results have guiding significance for parameter optimization of high speed deep groove ball bearing.
