摘 要:通过建立罩式炉热工工艺模型及传热过程分析研究、建立钢卷传热过程控制方程并离散化、传热模型控制方程分析计算、运用MATLAB编程求解,完成离线传热模型的编程与求解并确定冷点位置,开展插片试验进行离线模型研究结果验证,确认离线模型研究结果具有指导意义。根据模型研究结果进行现场实际降低冷点温度试验,经过三轮降低冷点温度试验,性能合格率达到100%,说明离线模型研究对现场节能降耗具有较大意义。By establishing the thermal process model and heat transfer process analysis of the bell furnace,setting up and discretizing the heat transfer process control equation for steel coils,analyzing and calculating the heat transfer model control equation,and using MATLAB programming to solve the model,the off-line heat transfer model was programmed and solved to determine the cool point.The insert test for off-line model was carried out to verify study result and confirm its guiding significance.The cool point reduction test was carried out on site according to the model research results.After three rounds of tests,the performance pass rate reached 100%,indicating that the off-line model study has great sig⁃nificance for energy saving and consumption reduction on site.
