冷连轧拉矫机破鳞效果研究

摘　　要：介绍了某冷连轧机组拉矫机的结构及破鳞工作原理,对拉矫机的工艺参数优化前后的单位面积质量、氧化铁皮厚度、氧化铁皮破裂程度等破鳞效果进行了研究。This article mainly introduces the structure and descaling working principle of the tension leveller in a cold tandem mill,and investigates the descaling effect such as mass per unit area,iron oxide thickness and iron oxide breakage degree before and after op⁃timization of the process parameters of the tension leveller.
