摘　　要：介绍了马钢采用低Si、低Mn、高Cr的成分设计,优化热轧生产工艺,控制钢中铁素体和珠光体比例,满足了最终产品对冲压成型性能的要求。填补了出口SG255 Cr-P储气瓶用钢的空白,扩展了外贸商品卷的生产品种范围,实现了内外贸产品互补。Adopting the composition design of low Si,low Mn and high Cr,optimizing the hot rolling production process,controlling the proportion of ferrite and pearlite in the steel and other measures were taken to meet the final requirements for stamping formability,which fills the gap of SG255 Cr-P gas cylinder steel for export,expands the production range of foreign trade coils and realizes the complementary of domestic and foreign products.
