摘　　要：结合马钢4#热镀锌线的生产经验,对薄宽规格带钢在立式退火炉中加热时所出现的瓢曲现象进行分析,寻求瓢曲产生的原因,同时,采取相应的控制措施,减少或抑制该缺陷的产生。Combined with production experience of 4#hot-dip galvanizing line of Mas⁃teel,the buckling occurred on the thin-wide strip during heating in vertical annealing fur⁃nace is analyzed in order to find the causes of buckling.At the same time,corresponding control measures were taken to reduce or suppress defects.
