摘　　要：卷取擦伤为马钢罩退机组较多的缺陷之一,分析了卷取擦伤的产生原因,对不规则卷取擦伤与横向卷取擦伤有针对性地采取措施,实施后擦伤频率有所下降。Coiling scratch is one of the defects occurred in batch annealing units of Masteel.The causes of coiling scratch were analyzed,and the frequency of scratch has been reduced after the implementation of targeted measures for irregular coiling scratch and trans⁃verse coiling scratch.
