摘　　要：针对冷轧轧机乳化液净化及油泥处理系统设计及关键技术进行研究,设计了一种高效导流式磁过滤装置及铁含量在线监测及磁过滤器过滤闭环控制系统。针对含铁量较高的过滤物油泥使用了环保高效过滤物高温碳化处理技术,从而达到对冷轧轧机乳化液的高效、智能、环保净化。Aiming at the design and key technology of emulsion purification and sludge treatment system for cold rolling mill,a system with high-efficiency infusion type magnetic filtration device,iron content online monitoring and filtration closed-loop control of magnetic filter is designed.The filter sludge with high iron content is treated with high-tem⁃perature carbonization technology that is environmentally friendly and efficient,leading to achieve efficient,intelligent and environmentally friendly purification of cold mill emulsion.
