摘　　要：以国际WELL健康建筑标准为根基,探讨了适老化康养住宅建筑可量化的健康标准以及该标准在远洋·椿萱茂璟湾长者社区项目中的空间设计应用,并对适老化康养住宅空间设计方向进行了探析。Based on the international WELL healthy building standard,this paper discusses the quantifiable health standard for the building of aging appropriate health care residential buildings and the application of this standard in the space design of The Project“Yuanyang chunxuan MAO Jing Bay”Elderly community,and probes into the space design direction of aging appropriate health care residential buildings.
