摘  要:以低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)为基体,偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)为发泡剂,炭黑(CB)和碳纳米管(CNTs)为导电填料,通过电子辐照交联和化学自由发泡方法制备导电型辐照交联聚乙烯发泡材料。研究了CNTs的用量对辐照交联聚乙烯发泡材料导电性能、力学性能、热稳定性和泡孔结构的影响。结果表明:随着CNTs的加入,CB与CNTs之间形成增强效应,LDPE/CB/CNTs泡沫体系的导电性能、热稳定性和拉伸强度显著提升。当CNTs质量份为3份时,LDPE/CB/CNTs泡沫体系的体积电阻率从由1.5×10^(11)Ω·cm突降到4.4×10^(4)Ω·cm,降低了7个数量级;此时,LDPE/CB/CNTs发泡体系的拉伸强度达到3.56 MPa,较LDPE/CB泡沫体系提升了30.4%,同时得到泡孔形态最佳的闭孔导电型辐照交联聚乙烯发泡材料。Low-density polyethylene(LDPE)was used as the matrix,azodicarbonamide(AC)was used as foaming agent,carbon black(CB)and carbon nanotubes(CNTs)were used as conductive fillers.The conductive irradiation cross-linked polyethylene foams were prepared by electron irradiation crosslinking and chemical free foaming methods.The effects of the amount of CNTs on the electrical conductivity,mechanical properties,thermal stabili-ty and microstructure of irradiated cross-linked polyethylene foams were studied.The result showed that with the addition of CNTs,there was an enhancement effect between CB and CNTs.And the conductivity,thermal stability and tensile strength of LDPE/CB/CNTs foam system were significantly improved.When the mass content of CNTs increased to 3,the vol-ume resistivity of the LDPE/CB/CNTs foam system changed from 1.5×10^(11)Ω·cm to 4.4×10^(4)Ω·cm,reduced the seven orders of magnitude.At this time,the tensile strength of LDPE/CB/CNTs foaming system reached 3.56MPa,which was 30.4%higher than that of LDPE/CB foam system.Meanwhile,the closed-cell conductive irradiation cross-linked po-lyethylene foams with best cell morphology were obtained.
