摘 要:公民科学素质水平直接反映了基层科普工作成效。通过近10年来的跟踪调查研究,发现作为地方城市的宝鸡,科学素质重点人群分布不均衡,农民科学素质较低;公民科学知识相对薄弱,科学态度和科学精神有待提升。据此,围绕加大科普经费投入力度、运用大数据思维开展活动、完善科普资源素材库建设、切实落实精准科普、加强基层科普工作的组织体系和人才队伍建设等五个方面提出地方城市提升基层科普工作的政策措施。The level of citizen science quality directly reflects the effectiveness of grass-roots science popularization work. Through follow-up investigation and research in the past 10 years, this paper finds that as a local city, Baoji has uneven distribution of key populations with scientific quality and low scientific quality of farmers;citizen science knowledge is relatively weak and scientific attitude and scientific spirit need to be improved. According to this, the paper proposes policy measures for local cities to enhance grass-roots science popularization work from the following five aspects, like increasing the investment in science popularization, using big data thinking to carry out activities, improving the construction of the library of popular science resources, effectively implementing accurate science popularization, strengthening the organizational system and talent team building for grass-roots science popularization work.
