摘  要:聚合物/表面活性剂二元复合驱采出水含有大量的聚合物和表面活性剂,表面活性剂使油滴表面由憎水性变为亲水性,聚合物使采出水的黏度增大,油滴的界面张力增强。油水乳化严重,稳定性较好,处理难度较大。针对生化处理工艺运行过程中存在的问题,对生化处理工艺进行了优化调整,并进行了物化处理选型试验。研究结果表明,在生化处理工艺中加入物化处理工艺,形成“生化+物化”的处理工艺,破胶剂投加浓度为600 mg/L,絮凝剂投加浓度为10 mg/L,处理后浊度为29.4 FNU,降幅为87.85%,CODCr为338 mg/L,降幅为95.37%,总铁为0.14 mg/L,降低幅度为92.85%,悬浮物及油含量也达到了厂控注水水质标准。提高了采出水处理工艺的抗冲击性和出水水质的稳定性。Polymer/surfactant binary composite flooding produced water contains a large number of polymers and surfactants.Surfactants change the surface of oil droplets from hydrophobicity to hydrophilicity.Polymers increase the viscosity of produced water and enhance the interfacial tension of oil droplets.Oil-water emulsification is serious,the stability is good,and the treatment is more difficult.In this study,aiming at problems existing in operation of biochemical treatment process,the biochemical treatment process is optimized and adjusted,and the selection test of physicochemical treatment is carried out.The results show that the physicochemical treatment process is added to biochemical treatment process to form a"biochemical+physicochemical"treatment process.The dosing concentration of gel breaker is 600 mg/L,and the dosing concentration of flocculant is 10 mg/L.After treatment,the turbidity is 29.4 FNU,with a decrease of 87.85%,the CODCr is 338 mg/L,with a decrease of 95.37%,and the total iron is 0.14 mg/L,with a decrease of 92.85%.The suspended matter and oil content also reach the water quality standard of water injection controlled by plant.The shock resistance and water quality stability of produced water treatment process are improved.
