摘 要:针对传统建筑保温材料高能耗的缺点,在节能建筑理念支持下,提出利用节能、高效的混凝土保温复合材料做外墙保温,深入研究其在工业建筑节能设计中的应用。根据微孔轻质混凝土性能以及施工,以配合比原则制定合理的混合材料设计方案,制备出2组试件,分别计算其导热系数、蓄热系数,并以水泥用量、空气湿度因素作为变量。测试结果得出,微孔轻质混凝土具有理想的保温性能,不会产生过高的能耗和能源浪费,是工业建筑节能设计中一种理想的外墙保温材料。In view of shortcomings of high energy consumption of traditional building thermal insulation materials,with support of concept of energy-saving buildings,this paper puts forward the use of energy-saving and efficient concrete thermal insulation composites as exterior wall thermal insulation,and deeply studies its application in the energy-saving design of industrial buildings.According to performance and construction of microporous lightweight concrete,a reasonable mixed material design scheme is formulated based on principle of mix proportion,and two groups of specimens are prepared.The thermal conductivity and heat storage coefficient are calculated respectively,and the cement dosage and air humidity factors are taken as variables.The test results show that microporous lightweight concrete has ideal thermal insulation performance and will not produce excessive energy consumption and energy waste.It is an ideal external wall thermal insulation material in the energy-saving design of industrial buildings.
